Putting it All Together
- Reconciling bank statements, reconciling credit card statements, balance sheet reconciliation’s, generating financial reports (for example: balance sheet, profit and loss statement, sales by customer, sales by item profit and loss by class etc.) and one –1 hour meeting per month. Any additional meetings or time will be billed at $100.00 per hour.

For accounting/bookkeeping and payroll work done at our office, we charge by the hour, or reconciliation.
We disclose all of our fees up front. You will not get a generic bill from us that leaves you wondering what we did or why the bill is so high. Listed below are our fees. This will help you decide which option is best for you and it can also help you to determine your approximate costs.
Payroll Processing
Payroll processing rates:
(QuickBooks charges approx. $2.00 per paycheck for Direct Deposit. These fees will be automatically deducted with each payroll.)
1-50 paychecks: $10.00 per paycheck (if paychecks are mailed, add $1.00 per paycheck)
> 51 paychecks: $9.50 per paycheck (if mailed, add $1.00 per paycheck)
Rate per W-2, W-3, 1096 or 1099: $11.00, (if mailed, add $1.00 per form)
Quarterly Payroll tax returns:
(Includes completing and filing federal, state and local income tax returns. Additional states will be charged additionally. Set up of filing accounts with agencies if needed will be billed at our hourly fee of $100.00/per hour) **Year end reconciliations for payroll taxes are billed at 50% of Quarterly rate. ** <10 employees…….$150 per quarter 51-60 employees……$310 per quarter
